Reduce paper usage through paperless meetings and online seminars
We have started to check whether paper, which we used without question, is really necessary before using it. We have promoted paperless internal meetings and shared necessary materials on computers and tablets. We have reduced paper usage by moving external seminars, which we have been actively holding even during the COVID-19 pandemic, online. We were able to achieve our goal by thoroughly separating copy paper and using both sides of the paper.

A little ingenuity!
Removal of trash cans in the office
Individual trash cans were removed and everyone now throws their trash away at the trash collection point on their floor. At first, some people said it was inconvenient, but gradually people's attitudes changed and this led to a reduction in trash. No more trash cans at your feet makes it easier to evacuate in an emergency, and it's also effective from a BCP perspective. (General Affairs Department)
