Large reductions due to cancellation of some summer events

Due to the impact of the COVID-49 pandemic, the occupancy rate of the ATC Hall this year was significantly lower than last year at 7%. In particular, the amount of heat supply was significantly reduced due to the cancellation of some events from July to September, which is when heat consumption peaks.
