Notice of changes to meeting room usage and cleaning fees
I would like to thank you very much for your special support.
In recent years, we have been struggling with the rising energy prices, the weak yen, and the increased operating costs and capital investments.
We have made ongoing efforts to reduce costs, but have found it difficult to fully absorb them.
Therefore, we have also decided to change the cleaning fees for the ATC Hall, etc., and the fees and standard usage hours for conference rooms.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the circumstances.
1. Timing of new fee application
This will be applied to charges from Monday, April 2024, 4.
However, for projects currently under negotiation, the old rates will apply.

3. Revision of meeting room usage time standards
The standard usage times for conference rooms will be revised as follows:
The current three divisions of morning (3 hours), afternoon (4 hours), and full day (8 hours) will be changed to two divisions of half day (3 hours) and full day (4 hours).
*Morning use will be discontinued.
