What is Nikkei STEAM?

Advanced science and digital technology are poised to dramatically change the world.
On the other hand, we are facing an increasingly chaotic social situation, with frequent natural disasters, climate change, environmental issues, etc. In order to overcome these problems, we believe it is necessary to reconstruct the knowledge, technology, and experience cultivated in various fields and draw up a design for a new future society in which people can thrive.

This project will focus on the "human resources" that will drive this, and will work in collaboration with industry and academia to foster discussions regardless of generation, position, or field of expertise, with the aim of nurturing the ability to overturn conventional wisdom and create new value.
We will develop initiatives to tackle social issues that have no answers and that no one has even imagined.
