This event will be held on all dates with designated dates and times, and admission will be in the order of ticket numbers.
Please arrive at the venue between the meeting time and the entrance time written on the ticket.
There is no replacement system.
Free admission for preschoolers/free admission attendees do not receive any admission benefits.
If the planned number of tickets with merchandise included in the lottery sale is reached, merchandise exchange tickets will not be available for general sale.
We will have stock of the 5th anniversary and event commemorative items in the merchandise corner available for sale each day, but they will not be restocked during each admission time slot. Please note that as quantities are limited, sales will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
Please note that tickets and exchange tickets cannot be refunded, and will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
Re-entry is not possible.
Purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.

【Important Notes:】
■About admission
・Please arrive at the venue at the designated meeting time according to the serial number written on your admission ticket.
・Please refrain from arriving earlier than the meeting time.
- If you arrive after the designated meeting time, you will be able to enter as long as it is within the allotted time, but there is a possibility that we will not be able to accommodate you in the order of your ticket numbers.
・If it rains, you may have to line up outside, so please prepare rain gear in advance.
・We are not responsible for any troubles caused by items you bring with you, such as ready-made goods or special costumes. Thank you for your understanding.

■ After admission
・Please refrain from taking photographs, audio or video in areas where photography is prohibited. You can take photographs in areas other than those where no photography is permitted signs are posted, but please refrain from taking videos.
・You may upload the images you take to your personal social media accounts, but please refrain from posting them on video sites where payment is involved, even if they are just images.
・There is a possibility that people involved in the event will take photos and videos at the venue. Please note that the photos and images taken may be used for promotional materials for future events.
・Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
-When coughing or sneezing, please practice "cough etiquette" by covering your mouth and nose with a mask, tissue, handkerchief, or your sleeve.
・Please do not run inside or outside the venue as it is dangerous.
・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as sitting down in shared spaces such as aisles.
・If you enter through the exhibition area and proceed to the merchandise area, you will not be able to return to the exhibition area.
・In order to prevent the spread of infection, there will be no trading space within the venue. Trading activities around the venue are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to neighboring areas.
・There are no restrooms on the venue.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
・Cosplay is prohibited.
・Pets are not permitted to enter the premises (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).
・Please refrain from bringing in dangerous items.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the venue.
・In order to ensure the event runs safely and smoothly, we ask for your cooperation in following the instructions of staff.
