The "National Sake Fair 12" is an event where sake, the "national alcohol" born from Japan's "traditional sake brewing" methods, which was registered as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in December last year, as well as authentic shochu and awamori, will come together in one place, where visitors can enjoy tasting and purchasing alcohol from all over Japan, and communicate with brewers.
