We would like to inform you that we have made some revisions to the ATC Hall Usage Regulations.

This revision is intended to ensure smoother facility operations and maintain appropriate contractual relationships with our users by reviewing the payment regulations.

Details of the revisions are as follows:

From September 1, 2025

Details of revision
(7) Revision of fee item ② and establishment of provisional receipt (c)
1. Change of the payment deadline for the remaining deposit (P8)
The payment due date for the remaining balance has been changed from 10 days before the service start date to 30 days before.
To ensure a smooth process, please complete the necessary procedures as soon as possible.

2Establishment of new regulations concerning temporary receipts.(P8)
Depending on the nature and scale of use, creditworthiness, and other circumstances deemed necessary, we may request a provisional payment for fees other than the standard usage fee before the start of use.
We will inform you individually about the amount of the provisional receipt and the payment deadline.
