However, there are special exceptions for caregivers allowing free admission to accompany them:
If accompanying one ticket-holder, any person who meets the following criteria may enter free of charge.
(1) Each ticket-holder aged 18 or over (parent) may accompany one child under the age of three free of charge.
(2) One person aged 1 or older may accompany one customer who has both a disability certificate and an admission ticket as a "caregiver" free of charge. If a caregiver is accompanying a customer who has both a disability certificate and an admission ticket, the customer must present their purchased admission ticket and disability certificate to staff upon entering the venue. The caregiver does not need to purchase an admission ticket.
If you have both a disability certificate and an admission ticket, and are accompanied by a caregiver and a child under the age of 3, both "children under 3" and "one caregiver (1 years old or older)" can enter for free. If you do not meet the age requirements or if the number of people allowed to enter for free exceeds the limit, you will need an admission ticket. Visitor benefits will not be given to those who enter for free (children under 18 and caregivers). Please note that merchandise sales will also be unavailable.
