Meeting room cancellation fee

If you cancel your application after submitting it, a cancellation fee of the following percentage of the standard conference room usage fee will be charged.

■When the conference room standard usage fee exceeds 20 yen (excluding tax) or when used in conjunction with the ATC Hall.

1 year ago to 181 days ago 180 to 31 days before 30 days ago - start date of use
・Common to all conference rooms 30% 50% 100%

■ If the standard conference room usage fee is 20 yen or less excluding tax

Venue Cancellation application date
7 days ago - start date of use
・Common to all conference rooms 100%

*If you use the conference room in conjunction with the hall, the cancellation fee regulations for the hall above will apply.
